Ann Dingli
Ann Dingli was born, and has lived for 24 years, in Malta where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Art History. On graduating in 2008 Ann began working as a marketing and PR coordinator for one of Malta's largest architecture firms. During her three years within this role, she worked on diverse projects which included tasks involving editorial work, publishing, book layout, brochure design, branding design and strategy, exhibition design and logistical coordination, design quality control and logo design amongst several other tasks.
In parallel to her job, Ann began reading for a research Masters in Art History in 2008 with the University of Malta where she had already completed her B.A. (Hons). Ann's research title was The Architect as Artist: Maltese Buildings 1960s-1970s.
After completing her M.A. thesis, Ann submitted her application for the Design Writing Criticism course at LCC in order to continue to be able to learn how to look at design objects, think about them and communicate their worth.
